Leen Verma is the heart behind Unified Care Autism Foundation, driven by a deeply personal commitment to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Canada and years of hands-on experience working in Canadian therapy settings, she brings internationally aligned, high-quality intervention standards to India.

As Co-Founder of Unified Care Autism Foundation, Shivaan brings together financial expertise and a strong sense of social responsibility. With professional experience in business and accounting across multinational organizations in both India and Canada, he supports the operational and financial systems that enable the foundation’s work. His commitment is further shaped by hands-on volunteering with organizations in Canada supporting children with special needs.
